Inspired by his knack for innovation and creative solutions to issues like food insecurity and accessibility, Marquinn has delivered on a shipping container concept that brings some of the best paninis, wraps & coffee under one roof in Chicago's Woodlawn neighborhood. All that is required is that you come with an open mind & Marquinn delivers on the rest; great food in a creative atmosphere.

Hospitality-focused, highly passionate & results-driven are just a few terms often used to describe Marquinn. This Chicago native developed food and hospitality interests at an early age; between watching his great-grandmother cook his favorite dishes as a youth and traveling abroad to Ghana in West Africa, Marquinn developed a sure curiosity for different styles of preparing food with the freshest ingredients. These experiences also inspired him to cultivate a welcoming and loving atmosphere while enjoying some of your favorite food.

Marquinn has worked in several service and restaurant environments around the country including Chicago, Los Angeles, Phoenix & Washington DC. As a budding entrepreneur & food enthusiast, the pandemic pushed Marquinn to explore his skillset as a caterer and eventually a restaurant owner. 7323 Chicago Cafe, a neighborhood-friendly & gourmet grab-and-go was then born in August of 2022 servicing the Woodlawn community and greater Chicagoland area.
